We had an emergency electricity issue on a Saturday. I called Progressive after doing a Google search. They had someone out within an hour. The scheduler was professional and friendly. The electrician that arrived diagnosed the problem quickly. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Will definitely use this company again.

Dryer would not power up at all. All of the lights were off. Absolutely nothing worked.The technician was outstanding, very detailed with his progress and explained what he was doing and why. Extremely thorough, competent and complete. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give him 1,000.In addition he was able to carry on a specific undertaking and intellectual conversation that was entirely credible.The very best ever, in my presence!THANK YOU.Ken
