We believe in fair, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Pricing varies depending on the scope of work, materials required, permit requirements, and site conditions. For many projects, we can provide a free estimate based on photos and a brief description. Some troubleshooting and diagnostic services require an on-site evaluation fee, which may be credited toward the repair if approved. We offer competitive pricing, quality workmanship, and code-compliant installations. Discounts may be available for multiple projects completed during the same visit. Our goal is to provide the right solution the first time—not the cheapest shortcut.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and focused on making things easy for our customers. 1. Contact us through Thumbtack, phone, or text and provide a brief description of the project. 2. We review the details and, when possible, request photos to better understand the scope of work. 3. We provide an estimate or schedule an on-site visit if further evaluation is needed. 4. Once approved, we schedule the work at a convenient time and keep you informed throughout the process. 5. Our licensed technicians complete the work safely, professionally, and in compliance with applicable electrical codes. 6. We test our work, answer any questions, and ensure you are completely satisfied before closing the job. Whether it's an EV charger installation, panel upgrade, electrical troubleshooting, lighting project, or general electrical repair, our goal is to provide clear communication, quality workmanship, and a hassle-free experience from start to finish.
