Terrible service! I called Falcon Plumbing but Phixser is who they sent, I was told the companies are one and the same now. Anyway Falcon/Phixser pulled the plumber off of the job he was doing at my house to send him to another job. The plumber told me he was going to the plumbing supply store when in fact he was going to another job. I called after waiting 2 hours for him to return. I was told he wouldnt be returning today and that I would have to reschedule the job. Mind you this is after they disassembled the shower valve and after I had paid for the repair. I got my money back but now I have 3 house guests coming into town tomorrow and Im down a shower. Never hire this company they are terrible.
