Precise Paving and Sealcoating

As Mr. Kennedy stated. We did repair a section of his concrete driveway. we even went above and beyond and did some extra work for free. I will not disagree and say that there wasn't any concrete left in the rear of his home. I sent 2 of my employees out to pick up the concrete 3 days later. Which they did. I called Mr. Kennedy and told him my employees had picked up the concrete. He stated that there was still a chuck of concrete there. So, I told Mr. Kennedy I was on my way. He commented he was eating dinner and hung the phone up and would deal with this issue later. Upon my arrival to resolve this issue. Mr. Kennedy refused to come outside or answer my phone calls to resolve this issue, after I drove an hour to get to his home. How am I supposed to resolve this minor issue if Mr. Kennedy knows I'm outside in his back yard trying to resolve this promblem. But refuses to come outside and discuss this issue.
