- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees include a lot of expenses other firms normally charge separately for. Therefore, in some cases my fees may seem high, while actually being lower than competing firms that charge separately for expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with a $50 consultation, where I'll suggest a flat-fee service package. If the client chooses me as their lawyer, they pay for the service package online and fill out an online form.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed to practice law by the state of North Carolina. I earned a J.D. in Law from University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill and passed the North Carolina bar.
