- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I knew a lot about PA systems and audio equipment. One day, I was really bored at a temp office job and it dawned on me that my music knowledge should be used, and my outgoing personality as well. I put an ad on Craig's List and did my first gig at a birthday party. They said I was a natural and were shocked at it being my first event.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Weddings, sweet sixteens, family reunions, block parties, school dances, festivals, birthdays, holiday parties. I've done it all!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I had an amazing wedding in October that went so well, we practically had to cut all the lights off and send people out to get them to stop dancing. My client told me I was "phenomenal" and wrote me the best letter. It was a great feeling!
