- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the scope of work and the condition of the existing electrical system. Estimates are provided before work begins, and there are no cancellation fees. Discounts may be available for qualifying customers when applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers can contact us by phone or through Thumbtack to discuss their electrical needs. We review the issue, determine whether an estimate can be provided remotely or if an on-site visit is required, and schedule service accordingly. All work is performed by licensed electricians using safe, code-compliant methods.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed electrical training in residential and commercial electrical systems, with formal education in electrical theory and code compliance. Ongoing work is performed in accordance with current National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and local requirements.
