- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on multiple factors that include distance from office, materials, labor etc. All pricing will be estimated after your video consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start our process by scheduling a Free Video Consultation with our project manager in which we will discuss the project process, cost and material. After the consultation you will receive an invoice for the project. payment will be due by the end date of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our technicians hold 5+ Years of experience in the field. Each of our services is supervised by a licensed professional—whether it’s an electrician, mechanical engineer, or general contractor—ensuring that your project is handled with precision and expertise.
