Greg was really prompt and clear in communicating and setting up an appointment. He was thorough in inspecting and diagnosing the issue, up front about options and costs, and outlined what was necessary versus "nice to have". In doing the work, we ran into a few surprises (thanks to the original builders), but he and his partner Dennis were patient and persistent, and they brought us along. We are happy with the results.
