John was so helpful in fixing a broken pull switch for my ceiling fan light. He was very accessible in communicating with me before the scheduled appointment to make sure he had the right parts that were needed. Once he was at my house, he worked quickly, efficiently, and explained exactly what he was doing at each step of the way. I casually mentioned to him some other work that I need to have done, and he offered to get some suggestions and quotes for me from one of his contacts. So very helpful! Will definitely be calling Work Horse Services again for my future electrical needs.
