They were one of the most organized vendors we worked with. They helped us figure out a timeline, and they were very honest about what they could or couldn't do within the time we wanted. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first ask you what you would like captured on your day, as we have experience with how long each event of the day takes and we can be realistic with you on your timeline. We'll then provide you a proposal where you can look at your package options and contract in case you have more questions. Once you've signed your offer, you'll be given a client portal where you can view your contract, your upcoming questionnaires, and future invoices.
