- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not offer 1 time services. Pest control is like taking an antibiotic. If we came out once it would help a little, but the bugs are just going to come right back when they hatch again. With quarterly pest control, we are able to warranty our work, but more importantly do a more thorough job breaking down nesting cycles over time.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Set up a recurring service. One time pest control services are just stealing your money. Most of the time the bugs come right back and companies usually cannot warranty their work.
