I could not have asked for a better experience. Evidence of infestation was so tiny; yet the technician was diligent and listened to me and believed me. As such, he was able to address the problem. I am so grateful for his calm yet persistent demeanor and would highly recommend Cross City Pest Management!

Ola is the perfect person for this job. We had a hole on the side of our screened-in porch storage area and squirrels managed to get in. He came right away, sealed the hole, and humanely captured the squirrel using fresh fruit before releasing it. He handled everything quickly and calmly, and I can’t thank him enough for his kindness and efficient work. Highly recommend!
