- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing on the time we believe it will take to perform a thorough treatment. Each situation is unique, however we have found that we are generally well below the industry average.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to sit and talk with the customers in order to understand their concerns and expectations. We will then conduct a thorough inspection of the property, then we will perform the appropriate treatment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed by the state of North Carolina for Pest Control and Termite Control. We also have two N.C. wildlife depredation agents on staff.
