FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always remind customers: Dryer vents should be cleaned annually to prevent fire hazards, and chimneys need an annual safety inspection before the first winter burn! Keeping air ducts clean also dramatically improves indoor air qualit
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a thorough inspection of your chimney, air ducts, or dryer vents using specialized cameras and tools. We clearly explain any issues, give you a transparent upfront quote, perform the work cleanly using high-powered containment equipment, and show you before-and-after photos upon completion
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive hands-on experience and training in chimney safety, NFPA guidelines, and HVAC duct cleaning standards. We continuously update our knowledge on safety codes, masonry repair, and vent cleaning techniques to ensure top-quality results
