- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I serve on the advisory board with the wake county health and environmental services to educate and provide industry feedback on their regulations. I also attend national NRA association meetings in Chicago each year to learn about new industry trends. The internet has provided tons of new information for the food industry as well. But best of all, everyone we meet everyday is a learning opportunity as we serve.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My family has been in the restaurant food industry since the early 1970's...I grew up in a restaurant since the age of 4. With a name like Chow, how can i possible not be around the food industry?
- What types of customers have you worked with?
On the catering end, we do many drop off lunch catering at medical offices and facilities for the pharaceutical industry. We also serve many schools and universities for their meetings and events. For the food truck, we really enjoy the large festivals and any event where there are huge crowds looking for food. Find us at the large food truck rodeos and events around central NC.
