I've used Oak City a couple of times to repair the a/c system in my house. Both times they have been very quick to respond, communicative, and have had quite reasonable charges. Most recently, a property manager I use had a quote from another hvac company that appeared much higher than reasonable - I contacted Oak City, and they were able to complete the work immediately for literally half the cost. Seems much more trustworthy, and I will contact Oak City next time I need help with my hvac system.

(This element of providing feedback is buggy. Hey, Thumbtack...you've got some bugs in this app. I had to correct and retype this several times to submit it). Eric was great!
