Eric from Oak City was both prompt in responding to my quote request and came out quickly to complete a diagnosis of my dryer not working. With In 15 minutes, he found and fixed the problem, which was my duct vent in my crawl space was dislodged and somehow the floor insulation was stuck in it. He immediately fixed the issue and I now have a functional dryer. 🙌

Eric was very responsive when i reached out to him. He is punctual and areived on time. Eric helped me diagnose an issue with my breaker panel and electrical junction box. He explained the issue and the resolution very clearly. He then proceeded to resolve the issue very efficiently. Eric also offered his professional advise for future work which, when the time arises, I will be calling him again for help with.
