I had an exceptional experience with Oak City Heating & Air! I reached out to the business on Thumbtack on a Monday when my HVAC stopped working in the heat of the summer. The technician arrived the following day and created a game plan for the HVAC replacement. An invoice was sent to me that night, which offered great financing options. The technician returned for the scheduled replacement that Thursday! The technician was timely and professional with competitive pricing! I would highly recommend!

Eric's work was excellent. He showed up promptly. We discussd the issue I had. I fully understood what the diagnosis was. He was able to replace a needed part and I'm back up and ruinning. (This element of providing feedback is buggy. Hey, Thumbtack...you've got some bugs in this app. I had to correct and retype this several times to submit it). Eric was great!

They've been great for maintenance and quickly came fix an issue after we got back from vacation.
The best experience. He is very friendly, professional and an expert. When other companies turned away from fixing my Trane system, he was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem under an hour. He then even fixed my leaky dishwasher! I will absolutely be calling on him in the future! I highly recommend him - a highly skilled with Raleigh roots professional.
We recently hired Oak City Heating and Air to replace the ductwork in our upstairs, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the first conversation through completion, the team was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They completed the replacement quickly and efficiently, and the quality of the work was great.
What really stood out was their honesty and reliability. Compared to the larger HVAC companies in the area, Oak City Heating and Air was straightforward, fair, and genuinely focused on doing the job right rather than upselling unnecessary extras. Because of that, Eric and his team will be our first call for any future HVAC repairs, issues, or installations. Highly recommend.
