Some pieces take more time or special care, which can affect the final price. Prices may vary depending on the furniture brand, model, or design, but you’ll always get a clear quote before we begin — no hidden fees, no surprises. And you only pay once the job is fully completed and you’re happy with the work! We also offer bundle deals when you have multiple items that need to be assembled or installed. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Bright Star Services, we make it simple and stress-free for new customers! Contact & Details: First, you reach out (by message, call, or email) and let us know what you need help with — furniture assembly, TV mounting, junk hauling, or anything else. Clear Quote: We’ll ask a few quick questions about the item(s) — brand, size, type — and provide you with a clear, upfront quote based on the project. Scheduling: Once you’re happy with the quote, we’ll schedule a time that works best for you — often within the same week! Professional Service: We show up on time, get the job done cleanly and carefully, and make sure everything is built or installed the right way. Payment After Completion: You only pay once the work is completed and you’re fully satisfied — no upfront payments, no stress. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes mainly from hands-on work over the years helping people with furniture assembly, TV mounting, and other home service projects. Working on many different types of setups has helped me develop strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. I’m always learning and improving so I can provide reliable, high-quality service to every customer.
