I made contact with Rodas on July 12th and someone messaged me the next day to schedule the estimate for the following week. Paul came out and he was very pleasant and seemed quite knowledgeable. He said he would have an estimate to me by the weekend, if not sooner. When I didn’t hear back from him, I followed up via Thumbtack and the person who responded said they would check the status and get back to me. Three weeks later, I eventually received the estimate (with no communication from them explaining the delay. I’m sure their work is probably good however; I needed someone to fix my porch rails and supporting structure sooner than the month it took them for safety reasons. I finally found a contractor that was able to complete my project promptly and they were three times cheaper than Rodas.

I want to take a minute to express my sincere appreciation to Rodas construction and Larissa. I noticed a couple weeks ago there was some shingles in the front of my house that were missing. Rodas had put a new roof on my house five years ago unknown to me. My warranty ran out in December 2025. I called the office and Larissa looked at my policy and said it expired and I asked if there was anything they could do as it only has been a couple of months, after she talked to her manager she sent a crew out and the repairs have since been done. thank you again too Rodas for going above and beyond after my warranty expired. As always, I will continue to refer Rodas construction for any type of home repairs.

We are happy with the outcome of our addition - it looks great. Appreciated the skilled contractors that did a great job with the detailed work and listened to requirements. Took a bit longer than expected but was worth the wait and we werent in a huge rush. Also nice folks to work with.
