DIV Cleaning Service was started in 2007 as a one-man show. Fast forward to now, we have multiple crews across NC. We specialize in Gutter Cleaning. Maintaining clean gutters is the cheapest and most effective form of preventative maintenance. Overflowing gutters can cause thousands of dollars worth of damage in a very short period. The best steps to follow when cleaning gutters are: -Blow all sticks and leaves off the roof. -Clear all debris out of the gutters. -Check downspouts for blockages and clear. -Pick up any dropped debris and move to a natural area. -Blow or wash off any surface where debris made a mess. DIV Cleaning Service completes thousands of gutter cleanings jobs each year. It's just as important to get all debris off the roof as it is to clean out the gutters. This is something we include with every service. The same goes for clearing blockages from downspouts. We use specific tools and methods to clear blockages without taking apart downspouts.

DIV Gutter did reply to my request within 24 hours and their prices were amazing! I needed gutters cleaned and it was a weekend when I called them. Before we could arrange an appointment, a neighbor cleaned my gutters. The next time I need it done though, they will be my first choice. I couldnt rate a 5 only because I did not see their work, but I am confident from the professionalism shown, it will be a 5 next time!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Residential pricing starts at $75. Location, the number of stories, and size of the home will determine your price. We can provide a fast, free estimate over the phone or online.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we exchange contact information. Then, DIV Cleaning Service will provide a quote. Upon quote approval, we will schedule the appointment. Clients can put a credit card on file to be charged after service is completed or pay the day of service with cash/ check. Clients do not need to be home for the appointment. They will receive an e-mailed invoice, and receipt once we process their payment.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I learned from my father. In high school, I started the business. After graduation, I made gutter cleaning a full-time priority. Years later the business is a success and provides an income for several families.
