My hair was quite thin and stick straight after chemotherapy. Tamara is one of the few qualified people in the area who can do root perms. It gave lift and volume to my hair making it look thicker. I was very happy with the results!

I have been going to Tamara Wagner for more than 30 years. She keeps me modern and adapts to the times! Her license is a barber's license, so she also serves men, but she has more female clients. I found her to be a lot less expensive than those used by my friends. Her specialty is color. She is located in the American Institute of Health and Fitness in North Raleigh, where there is plenty of parking and no steps. This is important to me, because I use a cane. ...
