I didn't realize that this business was an hour and a half from me. Frederick still offered to come out to look at my unit, and was incredibly professional and helpful. He helped walk me through troubleshooting my unit, even though I decided to look for a closer service provider.

Frederick, with ProHandy, was very responsive to our request through Thumbtack. We agreed on an installation date and he kept us informed every step of the way. He picked up our electric water heater and arrived at the time we scheduled. My husband and I were very impressed with his quality of work and we will definitely call his company again when we need help.

I was looking for someone who would install a water heater that I was going to purchase. Prohandy was the ONLY company who was willing to do that. They also volunteered to pick it up for me and install. Responded very quickly and answered emails promptly. I was able to get the water heater replaced under warranty so did not hire Prohandy.
