5 stars is not enough to rate the outstanding job done by Touch of Class. My recent project was 2,300 square feet of painting with 12 foot ceilings. The job was done flawlessly with professionalism that can't be matched! Consideration was taken of the pandemic masks were worn, care was taken for my furnishings and flooring they covered them meticulously. Not a drop of paint was spilled on flooring or furnishings when the job was completed which impressively took less than an 8 hour day. Touch of Class has even completed smaller projects for me with the same outstanding results. Touch of Class is my go to and it should be yours too. Take a look at the pics and see for yourself.

I am giving 3 stars because the work look pretty good. However, being a black owner of a business, you try to support other black businesses. Never again with this one. I wish the gentleman who did the work would have been up front with me. I was quoted a range for a job. And that is why I chose this company because the quote was in a more reasonable price range that I was advised that it should cost. I was asked to make a 25% deposit and paid more than that so that I could have a good portion of my bill paid. paying deposits up front ended up costing me more than what the job was worth. (AFTER)the job was done I was told that the deposit wasn’t included in the price. I have never heard of that. I even paid for all my materials up front myself. At the end of the day I am trying to figure out how a partition wall that did not go up to the ceiling and with a door added no more than 5ft long come up to almost double the price. Yes they painted but the wall was no more than 2-3 for long and maybe 7ft high and that was for both sides. I’m just saying. I have had bigger jobs done in my establishment with the same quality of work and better at that price. Lesson learned just make sure whatever job you get done that you get them to print you out an estimate first so that it’s not a big surprise at the end . And just because someone is nice doesn’t mean they always handle business in professional manner. I paid and now I can’t even get them to answer the phone. I can’t even get a thorough invoice for my record . But I am done with this company and I hope this spares somebody else from making this mistake. I will not be recommending because I would never as a business owner do a customer this way.

Mr Brown did an amazing job for me twice now. He's a hard worker and wants the job done right as much as I do. I would definitely recommend him for honey-do projects that you just don't have time to do yourself!

Did not remove old toilet. Ran a half inch wad of caulk around the base of the toilet that I had to remove.

Hi John, I'm sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with the job. However, I did tell you up front that I was not able to actually haul the old toilet away. That's the reason my price was lower than some of my competitors. The reason I had to put caulk around the base of the toilet is because the floor was uneven.
