- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on labor, tile type, and project details. Materials are typically separate unless otherwise agreed. Estimates are upfront with no hidden fees, and any discounts or added costs are discussed before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation to understand the project, review the space, and discuss design and tile options. After providing a clear estimate and schedule, we complete the installation with attention to detail and proper preparation. We finish by reviewing the work with the customer and leaving the space clean and ready to enjoy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training includes hands-on experience in ceramic tile installation, along with industry-related certifications and ongoing safety training. I am trained in proper surface preparation, layout and design planning, cutting and setting techniques, and professional finishing methods to ensure durable, high-quality results. I follow industry best practices for installation and jobsite safety, including safe tool use, material handling, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Continuing education and safety awareness are important parts of how I deliver consistent, professional workmanship on every project.
