We paid this company almost $2,400 to sand and refinish our first floor hardwoods. No one bothered to mask the painted quarter round--and stain was slung all over it. Even worse, this property was for sale. I contacted Rufus repeatedly to ask that this mess be fixed, and he assured me that his painters would come back to fix things. They never did--and my Realtor and his wife wound up doing it in order to complete a sale. What a thoroughly unprofessional bunch. Do business with them at your own peril.
