The Raleigh flooring team took care of us when a toilet leak ruined our old hardwoods. Our hardwood floors are much better than before and they took care of all the remediation too. Their price included all of the unforeseen issues they came across during construction. We are very satisfied with their work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Welcome to Raleigh Flooring! We're glad you're here. Our typical process of working with new customers looks like this:
Schedule an free consultation for one of our educated sales representatives to come out, get measurements, show you samples, answer your questions, and write you a free quote.
Once you sign your quote and pay the 50% deposit, we will order your materials and reach out about scheduling preferences.
From then on you will receive clear cut communication of what the install process and timeline will look like, along with how to best prepare for it.
Our desire is that from the beginning to the end, your time with Raleigh Flooring would be smooth and stress free for you.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with all types of people! We install flooring in primarily residential properties, but have much experience with commercial properties as well. We've worked with customers directly, through insurance claims, through realtors, and through builders. We've been able to match people's desired timelines- whether that's needing flooring tomorrow, or not wanting to start installing for months in the future.
