- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the square footage of the area where the work will be done, the type of flooring, removal requirements, and subfloor preparation. I offer free in-person estimates to assess the job and provide accurate pricing. There are no hidden fees—everything is explained clearly before the project begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I schedule a visit to see and measure the area. Then we discuss the type of flooring the customer wants. I verify the condition of the subfloor and what needs to be removed. After that, I provide a detailed estimate. Once approved, we schedule the installation date and complete the job professionally and cleanly.

Years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial flooring, installing LVP, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, carpet, and more, including subfloor preparation and stair installation
