Highly Recommend Victor – Excellent Flooring Contractor! After a frustrating experience with our previous contractor, Victor came to the rescue and helped us complete our unfinished flooring project. He was professional, reliable, hardworking, and paid great attention to detail. The quality of his workmanship was excellent, and he made the entire process so much less stressful for our family. Victor truly stands behind his work, communicates clearly, and takes pride in doing the job right. We are extremely happy with the results and would confidently recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy flooring contractor. Thank you, Victor, for turning a stressful situation into a great experience!

Great experience with DELCID FLOORING LLC from start to finish. The program manager, Victor, was on top of everything. He visited the job sites and gave updates on the projects daily, making sure everything ran smoothly. The painters did a fantastic job with the prep work and left very clean lines. For the flooring, the crew did an awesome job laying down the new floors and the transitions look perfect. Both teams did a great job cleaning up after themselves before leaving. Highly recommend them."

My husband and I connected with Delcid Flooring last week when I put out a tight-turn request for flooring quotes on Thumbtack. We just closed on a lake house, a house with tons of carpet -- blue carpet. Not exactly our vision of lake living!
Anxious to move in, we hoped to find a flooring company that could assist us quickly, do quality work and not break the bank. Impossible, right? Wrong!
Victor responded almost immediately, ready and willing to make the hour+ drive from Raleigh to take measurements and give us a quote. He arrived on time and was very personable and professional. He shared photos of the team's past LVP installs and, after taking measurements, gave us a very reasonable quote and explained their process and what to expect. We knew we wanted to hire Delcid even before he left.
From quote to project completion was less than a week. Victor even picked up our plank flooring for us -- and when he identified a potential problem with the flooring we'd purchased, he dropped everything to meet me and choose a better quality replacement at an excellent price.
On install day, a five-man team arrived early and worked quickly to get the floors done in a single day. Victor texted updates and photos throughout, keeping us apprised of their progress. They did lots of extras, too, like moving around heavy furniture left by the sellers.
The floor are gorgeous! No more carpet. The house is completely transformed. Thank you, Victor and team, for a job well done!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the square footage of the area where the work will be done, the type of flooring, removal requirements, and subfloor preparation. I offer free in-person estimates to assess the job and provide accurate pricing. There are no hidden fees—everything is explained clearly before the project begins.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I schedule a visit to see and measure the area. Then we discuss the type of flooring the customer wants. I verify the condition of the subfloor and what needs to be removed. After that, I provide a detailed estimate. Once approved, we schedule the installation date and complete the job professionally and cleanly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial flooring, installing LVP, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, carpet, and more, including subfloor preparation and stair installation
