We love what we do; which is why we have been in business for so many years. We have had to restructure our business; but we know that our restructuring was for the better! We offer prompt service with a friendly smile. I like talking to the customers. Hearing some of the stories they tell about there lives. The main reason people hire cleaning services is because of time. People should know that its Ok if they dont have time! I own the company and hardly have enough time to clean up my own house. Once people see that I are trying to build a personal relationship with them; they wont feel so un-easy about having us in the home!

Heaven's Way Cleaning is tremendous! Every time my house is cleaned it is like coming home to a 5-star hotel. The little things all over the house are cleaned (even the ceiling fans!) to a military expectation. I even sent them to a friend's house to clean as a gift and the result was phenomenal. I give the highest recommendation possible for Heaven's Way Cleaning.

I hired them for three cleanings. On the second cleaning, they 'forgot' the scheduled date, and we had to re-make the appointment. When I went to schedule the 3rd cleaning I called 5 times, leaving voice mail each time and NEVER received a call back. Ditto for several emails; no reply at all. UNbelievabe. I even tipped the cleaner 20 bucks as a small Xmas gift after the 2nd cleaning. I've had to contact American Express to get a refund for the prepaid 3rd cleaning that never happened.

Extremely unprofessional company. Like the review below, I also paid for three cleanings, took me several emails to finally schedule first one and they arrived 45 minutes late. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, the actual cleaning was good but not great. I tipped the cleaners also. I wanted to schedule the second and third cleanings seeing as it takes them a very long time to even respond back to you, if at all. Two weeks later and 5 emails, still no response. Demanding my money back and putting the word on the street not to even both with these people. They clearly don't care after they have your money. Completely unprofessional.

I bought a groupon for three 2 hour cleanings as a gift for my pregnant wife. They cashed in my groupon and ignored my calls and emails for 2 months before I wrote them a bad review online and got their attention...for at least one cleaning. That was two months ago. Since then they will not answer my calls or reply to my emails to schedule a date and time for the remaining cleanings.
