- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on rooms, my labor, cleaning supplies. I give discounts to recurring customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to know the important information. Is there any pets in your home? How many bedrooms and bathrooms? Is there a basement or attic? Bonus rooms? After the questions are answered I will then give a price and see if it works with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked for a cleaning company before I started my own business. I worked there for over 3 years.
