The deck turned out well. They built the deck inside an existing pergola. It is very solid. We also bored 123 to add a surround to an above ground pool. The pool deck matches the existing deck. I’m working this review several months after the initial work and I am still very happy with the results.

David and the team at 123 Renovate did an amazing job rebuilding my deck, and they did the whole thing in one day! I was very impressed with the communication and quality of work. David discussed 3 different options in great detail with me to figure out how best to fix the damaged wood boards on the old deck and what works best with our budget. They sent me proof of their insurance before any work started and dealt with all permitting. The deck will be stained soon, so the “after” pics don’t reflect the final color.

We charge based on the project. We strive to be a family oriented business and be fair to everyone. We will work with anyone’s budget. We also do offer discounts to military and emergency personnel.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a 3 step solution
1. Give us a call and talk with us about your needs and schedule a free on site estimate.
2. Give us 3-5 business days to gather a price together and options for materials or colors.
3. Meet with us in person or over the phone and we go over the plan.
After these steps you either accept the contract or you ask us to make any changes you need and we Renovate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degree in business management. 2 years of classes with wood working and construction. Worked with people who have been in the business for 25+ years.
