Nigel was beyond Outstanding. He immediately responded to my inquiry. I explained to Nigel my situation was a little awkward as I was in New York and needed some work done immediately on a lunch truck I had stored at a facility in Raleigh. He assured me he would be able to do the work and even confirmed how soon he would arrive at the facility. I was like WOW now that's what you call Great service. He was attentive and called me immediately upon completion. He even shared some tips and pointers with me. Thanks again Nigel. It was a pleasure doing business with you.
