They explain what they were doing so if something was to happen or change with my furniture, I would know how to correct it. There was a piece that came damaged in the box (for my couch) and they made sure I saw it, took a picture of it and showed me where to go online to report it. They were very respectful of me and my house by being very careful that they didn’t move anything out of place nor break or damage anything. They were very personable too. They were fun people!! Great sense of humor, good conversation yet still focused on their work. I received service with a smile.
