I cannot express how thrilled I am with Baker Merritt. I put in a thumbtack request yesterday and within 5 minutes, I received a call from the team to get clarification and go over my needs. They worked with my timetable, showing up 15 minutes early (which I think might be the first time I've ever had a vendor show up early), they were so personable and understanding. They put up with my loud dog as they moved all the pieces out of my apartment and into my new home. In the time in took me to move a chair on my own, they moved a mattress down and up 3 flights of stairs, a big table and a chest out and up another flight of stairs. They were incredible at their job, and worth 100 times what I paid. My biggest regret is not hiring them sooner.
