- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We require the payments before the job is completed and first time Customers get a 10% Discount on any of our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Inquiry: Customer contacts the moving company for information and a quote. 2. Assessment and Estimate: Moving company evaluates the customer’s needs and provides a cost estimate. 3. Booking: Customer confirms the move date and may pay a deposit to secure the booking. 4. Preparation: Customer prepares belongings for the move by packing and labeling items. 5. Moving Day: Moving company arrives with a team and truck to load belongings securely. 6. Transportation: Customer’s belongings are transported to the new location. 7. Unloading and Setup: Moving company unloads and places belongings, offers additional services like assembly. 8. Final Inspection and Payment: Customer inspects delivered items, settles payment including any additional services. 9. Follow-Up: Some companies follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.

Before starting EliteWay Transportation I had managed a Transportation company for 3 years that dealt with Residential & Commercial Moving as well as Junk Removal. I was fortunate enough to gain the experience and knowledge in order to run my own company efficiently.
