No games, no surprisesjust honest pricing from the start.Rob and one of his crew members showed up right on time, were extremely professional, and worked quickly and efficiently to get everything taken care of. On top of that, they were just genuinely friendly guys, which goes a long way when youre dealing with this kind of service.If you need something removed, I recommend skipping the large corporate companies that quote on-site and charge higher prices. they showed up, would not let me help, and they loaded the piano without dinging the walls or doorway. friendly and efficient. they have a big truck for lots of junk. my wife stopped me from throwing everything out. I'd love to show a photo but the piano is gone.
