Would never reccommend this man after our phone conversation today. He came and cut my grass with unfortunately a misunderstood agreement. I believed I was getting a 24 hour notice so I could clean up the yard of dog waste. When I called I informed him I was unhappy with the service from last week as places had been missed. He admitted to running over a dog stake/chain that was in my yard that would have been moved if I knew he was coming. When I said I no longer needed his service he began yelling at me, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He made accussations that I used him even though he was paid for all previous services. If this is how he handles customer complaints than he needs to leave this line of work. Overall his work is fair but he stated he didn't care if dog waste was in the yard. This is now trampled into my grass.

I was surprised to read this review, given that you were satisfied with the first two cuttings and had even tipped me. If I may, I would like to remind you that I offered to reimburse you for the dog stake and I did provide advance notice prior to the second cutting. I would also like to remind you that I went out of my way in an attempt to help your brother find employment as a carpenter in the Pittsburgh, PA area where I have strong ties in the construction industry. As for the quality of my work being "fair", two of your neighbors approached me the day you severed my service to tell me that your yard had not looked as good as it did after I cut it in years. Nonetheless, I strive to exceed customer expectations and I stand behind the quality and integrity of my service. As such, there is no charge for the third and final cutting. I wish you the best in finding a find a lawn service that will meet with your satisfaction.

Tom has provided lawn service for us for a couple of years and we have always been impressed with his work ethics and the quality of the service he provides. The yard always looked great, he always shows up when he was supposed to, and his prices are very reasonable. We highly recommend him.
