- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is set at a monthly rate for our clients do not feel like they cannot meet when they need it most. It includes face, phone, or video time along with email support if needed in between sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a "fit consultation" to ensure the needs of the client can be met if not then a referral will be given for another professional to assist the client. If we can agree and commit to the process we will move forward by completing paperwork and commitment agreement so we can begin our journey of new together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My educational background is in psychology and mental health counseling. I have a certification as a Christian life coach and I am an ordained Pastor.
