The tech went way beyond the minimum in helping us make sure that a fairly complex task of installing and significant re-keying was done correctly, that the right keys were disposed of and the new ones were securely on key rings or in proper storage places. All keys were tested in all locks before she left. We couldn’t be more satisfied.
