- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All projects are priced separately. It is best to meet with the client first to discuss their project to get a better idea of what their needs are for the highest quality of service. Any client that can provide a referral for a new client may receive up to 10% off of the cost of their project. Veterans and healthcare workers get an automatic 5% off of their project provided that they can prove their status. We offer financing for larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, we set a time to meet, discuss your project, an estimate is made, then a down payment is requested to begin the project. A down payment is unnecessary for minor repairs. Any projects that total more than $500 will require a down payment.
