Introduction: My name is Travae Willis and I am the owner of RDU Medical Transportation Group LLC and Worldwide Transportation Consultants. I am a business owner and a Motivational speaker. I consult clients with starting a transportation company up and I do seminars on starting your business and my past struggles I had to overcome to reach success. I had a learning disability in school and I was bullied in school. Many people had doubts I would ever be successful in life. I overcame my struggles and proved so many people in life wrong. I started my Non Emergency medical transport business with only $800 to my name. I grew my business with one van to 13 vans. I am quite proud of the person I have become. My business and my motivational speaking is a ministry to help others and to show people with self esteem issues that you can do it if you don’t give up. Many people even with disabilities feel they can’t succeed due to their challenges and what others may feel about them and what society might view them.
