Hired on Thumbtack
Showed up almost an hour late with no heads up, no response to my inquiry about their status, and no apology but, at least my one item that needed hauling is gone. They almost lost a customer because I had contacted someone else for the job who was just about on their way when Cloverfield called to say they arrived.
