I had the absolute delight of having Jessica come to my home and help my mother-in-law and me get her power of attorney settled before I leave the country for a few weeks. It was a very last-minute request that Jessica graciously helped with. She explained everything so my 85 year-old mother-in-law understood it. If she wasnt so flexible and able to come to me, it would have been a lot harder to get this done before I left. Jessica was a very thorough and incredibly professional. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We go through my intake questions to make sure that I can properly service them and prep for a smooth signing. 2. Explanation of cost 3. Book appointment 4. Send confirmation of the appointment
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education related to the services provided includes a Notary Public and E-Notary course both we obtain through the NC Community College System. In addition I took the Loan Signing System training to learn how to properly facilitate mortgage loan closings.
