My wife was turning 40 and I wanted to do something special for this occasion. We hired Chef Matthew to prepare a meal for about 15 friends and the experience could not have been better. From the planning to the execution of the 5 star meal, Matthew was a consummate professional. His meal was filled with delightful tastes and culinary creativity. My wife and friends were blown away. We are so happy we chose Chef Matthew!

I hired Chef Matthew for my wife’s birthday. He catered to several food allergies without blinking an eye. The portions were perfect and all the courses complemented each other providing a truly gourmet experience. I wanted my wife’s birthday to be a relaxing and memorable experience. Matthew knocked it out of the park. We communicated regularly and he came by to check out our kitchen, formal dining area and the flow of the house. He brought in staff and provided everything. There were 12 people in our dinner party. No glass was ever empty and the food was as beautiful as it was delicious. I can not recommend him enough. I will definitely have Matthew at our next party.

Chef Matthew prepared a 50th Anniversary tour of my in-laws lives together. He came to my home, prepared all the food, had incredible servers that came and helped with everything else. From setting up, passing food, making sure the punch and wine were refilled and cutting the cake. The food was absolutely amazing and everyone at the party was raving about it. When the party was over, they cleaned up everything. I swear, my oven is cleaner than when he got here!!! They even started a load of kitchen towels in the laundry room. This was an amazing experience with a very talented chef!!! It makes me want to have more parties so that I can hire him again. The cost was a lot less than we had expected also, but we had no idea what something like this would cost. I highly recommend Chef Matthew!!!!!

Matthew provided his services for a meal on my wife's birthday earlier this month. It exceeded our expectations. Incredible presentation, each course was a treat that left us wanting more and eagerly anticipating the next course. Plus, Matthew has a great personality and was a joy to get to know. A great experience.
