Introduction: Hi! I'm Teri, owner of Excelsior Health. I am a nurse who became a health coach to help guide others to make changes in their own lives that will improve their overall health and well-being. Staying motivated to accomplish goals can be difficult, so we will be there to give support and accountability during your journey. Excelsior Health has a team of Certified Personal Trainers who are experienced, qualified and ready to help you reach your fitness goals! We are currently serving the Raleigh, Durham, Cary and Wake Forest areas for in person sessions. For all other areas, we have an Online Fitness Training option. We will evaluate your current level of fitness and design a custom program for you. We will also assist you in choosing the package that best fits your schedule, budget, and training needs.
