FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes but it depends on where you live and if I come to you or you come to me and how long you want to train and if you can do a bulk package of 15 or more at a time. It also depends on the workout format. The price listed is for someone traveling to me for a 50-minute session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet face to face and discuss your medical and activity history as well as get an understanding of your objectives and expectations. I also like to make some assessments of your balance and coordination, your strength and your cardiovascular endurance. Then I like to take you through an abbreviated workout to demonstrate my training style and to make note of your strengths and weaknesses. With all of that information I like to devise a reasonable strategy to get you the results you desire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a four-year degree in Exercise Sports Science and I am nationally certified by NASM and AFAA. I am also a certified CPR instructor.
