- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients begin by scheduling a meet and greet directly through our website. During the meet and greet, we review care routines, access details, pet behavior, and expectations to ensure we are a good fit. After the meet and greet is approved, clients complete their profile in our system, sign our service agreement, and add payment information. Once everything is finalized, they can begin booking services through our app.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in canine and feline CPR, basic first aid, and emergency response procedures. In addition, all pet sitters receive training in safe animal handling, pet behavior, leash management, home security practices, and professional in-home care standards to ensure every pet is cared for safely and responsibly.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with busy professionals, families, frequent travelers, remote workers, and seniors who want dependable, in-home pet care. We also support clients with high-energy pets, shy or anxious animals, multi-pet households, and pets that require extra patience, routine, or special care.
