Very satisfied with this professional’s work and results. Priced very reasonably. Worked efficiently and even identified two unknown equipment issues, resolving one, and returning to install a replacement for the other. Printer now working fine, also wifi. I will definitely call him should I need further help in the future.

Ben replied to our request quickly. After a brief description of the wifi issues we were having at our childcare center, he requested floor plans and pictures to help him troubleshoot our issue. He made a site visit today and came with a schematic recommending the necessary equipment needed to resolve our issue. He will install the equipment next weekend after we have new cables pulled. Highly professional, friendly and competent.

I cracked my iPhone 8 very badly and assumed I would have to get a new phone. I contacted IT Crack Team and had it fixed within 48 hours for $80 flat. My phone works and looks like new and I highly recommend them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Diagnostic fees: $30 (If troubleshooting is required to determine the cause of issue.) This is due on arrival and it is non-refundable even if client fails to go through with recommended repairs after diagnosis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we come to an agreement as per cost, time and location, I'll open a service ticket with the client's name and contacts. Client will receive confirmation email from "IT Crack Team Inc." email address.
On the appointment day, client will bring in the device or I'll go to the client's location. After completion of the task(s), client will confirm and make payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bsc. degree in Computer Engineering. Also, I have Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Cisco Certified Network Associate certifications. In terms of training and experience, I have received several hours of training on the jobs I had with several multinational companies and start-ups. I have 27 years of experience in Information Technology field.
