- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices aren’t the cheapest. And neither is my work! Ways to cut down on costs for you is the bundle packages I offer. When you hire me for a driveway cleaning, I clean the walkway and front porch for free! Need the patio deck cleaned? I wash down the furniture for you free aswell! I’m already out there with my machines, if an extra 5 minutes not being paid for makes a huge difference, Then I don’t mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly having a nice phone call to chat with them regarding the details of their needs. Pressure washing is a simple service however there is a lot of things that could go wrong provided the wrong or insufficient information. Depending on the material of the home you would use different chemicals besides SH, if there’s oil spills in the driveway, a simple bleach can’t get it out. I need all the info I can so the jobs can go smoothly and efficiently for the sake of everyone. Your here to hire a service and I’m here to offer it. After the details are mentioned we then move forward towards the quote. I don’t charge hourly so the whole job will be one simple charge. In order to accurately charge so there’s no surprises on either side, I would request the address of the location needing service. And you’ll receive the price shortly after. If all is well, we schedule a date and time, put it on our calendars, and soon enough your place is clean😁Let’s make it Happen!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with all types. Ones on a budget, ones willing to spend extra, and others who were never even on the site! One thing in common with all of them, they have all treated me the same. Fair, honest, and trusting. We both know what is needed so we always work together to meet each others needs.
