- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Services are provided on a percentage basis. I work for 3% when buying or selling a home. All that is factored into the price of the house and discussed before listing or buying it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year I attend continuing education, both mandatory classes as well as some electives, many times more than the required annual minimums.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had been doing some events and finding spaces for groups to use, and thought: "I know this area pretty well, I could do this for people looking for homes!"
