FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job gets a free on-site estimate and a written, itemized quote before we start — you'll know the price up front with no surprises. Pricing depends on the number of cable drops, cable type (Cat6, Cat6A, or fiber), cameras or access points, and site conditions. We offer discounts on larger jobs and for repeat commercial clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick call or message so we understand what you need. We schedule a free on-site walkthrough to measure runs and check pathways, then send a clear, itemized quote — usually within 24–48 hours. Once approved, we schedule the work, keep you updated as we go, test and label every connection, and walk the finished job with you before we leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our co-owners have 15+ combined years in the field, and our techs are trained on current low-voltage standards for structured cabling, fiber termination, IP camera and access control systems, and network setup. We install to industry cabling standards (TIA-568) and stay current with manufacturer best practices.
